Good God, SC... this is another sweet CC! I'm not really sure why I didn't notice it the first time. Did you mke a lot of changes? The first two posts are pretty impossible to read (I'm still left scratching my head), maybe that had something to do with it.

The weapon! Is godlike! If I'm understanding correctly. Harbringers have two stats: damage and 'channeling.' The harbringer deals base blunt damage, and the 'channeling' variable adds a % chaos damage on top. This deals extra damage to your target, but you also receive that extra damage. Furthermore, damaging touch spells can replace the next harbringer attack. These spells deal their original damage, and are also affected by the harbringer's 'channeling' attribute.

The Deception attribute is beautiful. To me, fakes could really be overpowered and unfair, but you did a great job with these. A very original skillset that I think would really be fun. Two questions: could you give an example of how Psychological torture would be used? Feverish basically makes the target's allies think he is covered in horrible conditions, no?

Banishment, is also very nice. Shun Existence, Fade Away, and Dipthongize Existence are great. Serious hexes that provide serious benefits. Sort of the opposite of Transcendence, which are serious enchantments with serious setbacks. Partial Banishment is the loser of the skillset I think... it feels more like a copy/paste of other classes.

The problems I see (don't understand):

I'm not sure if I get the inherent damage-reduction. It basically means the Wraith can take small damage attacks, but needs to watch out for big damage spikes, right? If so, I understand that. The argument for changing how aggro is calculated definitely shouldn't matter though, since that works only in PvE and means nothing in PvP. It's kind of a problem that you define this class as manipulating information and aggro calculation. Aggro calculation shouldn't matter at all, as it's inapplicable to PvP. So now you're reduced to having this class simply be defined as an 'information manipulator.'

Fakes... I like them. They're not Mesmer-like, because they're actually 'changing reality,' right? A mesmer just manipulates what the targets 'thinks' is happening. Am I right?

You say that phase-walking adds a third plane beyond default and spirit. It has a 'lesser effect than being a spirit.' What does that mean? What effect does planes-walking have on the Wraith? Oh now I see, it makes him always targeted as moving and every two seconds there's a chance for movement speed change, which ends any maintained enchantments on you. Maybe Transcendence should make the Wraith more stable while planeswalking... maybe it decreases the chance to have a speed change for instance. It also seems like opponents are forcibly being planeswalked. Should they be affected also?

A general question about the harbringer: is the chaos damage armor-ignoring? If so, then extra channeled damage is automatically received by the target. That means the skill description of Compellence is repetitive by saying it channels more damage and the opponent receives that damage. If the harbringer's damage isn't armor-ignoring, then what's the significant difference between Uncontrollable Surge and Sucker Punch?

Yea, it makes them resistant to pressure, they can phase out to partially avoid weapon spikes.
They are especially vulnerable to elemenal spikes, while armor ignoring spike builds are actually less effective on Wraiths as the armor ignoring damage is the first to be reduced.
I don't think health stealing is reduced by damage reduction though.

Well, I think I might have neglected to explain something important, fakes affect the perception of player as well as that of the AI.
So a wraith can improve his ability to attract aggro using fakes.
As this is breaking the rules of Pv(P/E) this skill is not in the OP but heres a quick example of how a fake attracts PvP aggro.
Faith of Sinning fake (Deception)
For 10...19(22) seconds target creature primary profession will appear to be a monk, this does not affect the attributes or skills of that creature.

Well they do not change 'this' reality, they are good with inter dimensional actions, so they throw a dimension around target creature, in which reality is different from the 'real' one.
(ever seen the movie 'Silent hill'? at the end it is also revealed all the weird things that the mother saw and the father didn't where related too some dimensional magic, but I shouldn't say that as its a spoiler for a pretty good film)

Well I did that because I thought a planes walking wraith that has damage reduction and can stack a big mis on him chance while planes walking.
Couple it with some speed buffs and it would make running easy.
So I gave planes walking some counters that made it unfit for running with.
Would not be fair for Wraiths if they are the only ones that suffer the negative effects, so yea the negative effects are applied to foes as well.

No chaos damage has never been armor ignoring in GW before and I do not plan to change that.
And Compellence actually adds bonus damage 3 times.
Normal hit damage + Additional damage(In case of compellance armor ignoring but varies for other attacks)
* % channeled =
Damage channeled + additional channeling damage(not armor ignoring)
Channel damage dealt to you
Channel damage dealt to foe + additional channeled damage.(Armor ignoring additional damage)

I had trouble explaining that one at the time, hope it is clearer this way.

Was I really that unclear?
I did this class, as after playing guild wars since 3 months after release I am starting to get to the bottom of used functions and AI workings.
That would make it a tougher to understand how I want this all to work for most people, but I tried to be as explaining as I could.
